PINIX AIoT Gateway
AIoT gateway for data collection, AI inference, and transmission to higher-level servers through connection to interfaces for various sensors and devices
    • Equipped with high-performance processing for EDGE processing
    • Anomaly detection application with AI inference engine (examples of application: fire detection, abnormal detection through motor vibration)
    • Connects with up to two interface modules by wire
    • Supplies power to the interface module and sensor units
    • Provides GigE and USB 3.0 high-speed camera interfaces for video analysis in real time
    • When changing the target sensor or its communication method, it‘s possible to replace only the interface module.
    • Easy to transfer to and reuse in other facilities
Edge Processing Technology
Possible to configure the effective industrial environment by processing large-capacity data and shortening the longer data processing time using a method of supporting accelerated data flow in the EDGE gateway without sending the collected data from a variety of sensors to the centralized data center.

  • PINIX DAQ I/F Module
    As an interface module for connecting with the PINIX main module and measuring vibration and noise through the IEPE sensor, it is an IoT gateway for collecting and processing analog sensor data simultaneously through the connection of up to four IEPE sensors per IEPE DAQ.
    • Channel IEPE (integrated electronic piezoelectric) sensor analog input provided
    • Can make simultaneous high-resolution measurements through four 24-bit delta-sigma A/D converters.
